Yesterday was definitely a busy one! 😅

Not because of the couple, but because a seated wedding brings plenty of coordination behind the scenes.

As per the couple’s wishes, the ceremony area also had to become part of the seated dinner afterwards — meaning all 15 tables had to be shifted and completely set up again! 💪

A huge thank you to the Mannarinu team and all the vendors involved. Having everything moved, reset and ready on time was certainly challenging, but the cooperation between everyone was fantastic.

This is why it’s always great working with suppliers who work together towards the same goal — making sure the couple and their guests are happy. ❤️

Busy behind the scenes, but another happy couple at the end of it — and that’s what matters! ❤️

It’s always a privilege when someone trusts you to help bring their wedding to life. ❤️

Now, just a few months into the Williams Events journey, we’re entering another exciting phase, being trusted to help create, organize and coordinate a Wedding Experience.

I’m incredibly grateful for the trust, but even more for the connections we’re building with couples, venues and fellow suppliers along the way.

And we’re only getting started. ❤️

Since Dean joined Williams Events, I’ve discovered something… apparently m’iniex l-uniku “fit” fit-team! 😂

Yesterday he took it upon himself to go around checking every little detail against the couple’s wishes and making sure everything was exactly where it should be.

At one point I thought…

“Dean… bil-mod għax qed tieħodli t-titlu ta’ ‘l-iktar wieħed fit’! 😂😂”

But THIS is exactly what we want behind the scenes — two pairs of eyes, the same attention to detail, and one goal: making sure the couple gets exactly what they wished for. ❤️

😂 When even the cocktails understood the dress code…

Yesterday’s wedding apparently had a very strict colour theme — right down to our drinks! 🤎🥂 I’m not sure whether we coordinated the outfits with the cocktails or the cocktails with the outfits… but either way, we nailed it! 😂

One of the highlights for me was getting to use the photographers’ and videographers’ radio system throughout the wedding. 🎧 It was genuinely great fun running around, hearing all the behind-the-scenes communication and getting a little insight into how they coordinate everything during the day… while occasionally trying to be useful and help them out too! 😂

A wedding might look calm and seamless from the guests’ side, but behind the scenes there’s a whole team constantly communicating, moving and making things happen.

And apparently, occasionally stopping for a perfectly colour-coordinated cocktail!

💍 A First for Williams Events at Curve by Mannarinu! ❤️

A beautiful setting, an amazing couple and a day full of special moments.

We had the pleasure of coordinating our first wedding at Curve by Mannarinu, bringing together all the different elements of the day from the setup and food to the entertainment, celebrations and those little details behind the scenes that keep everything flowing.

Here’s to the first of many weddings at Curve! 🥂✨
