A milestone moment for WILLIAMS Events πŸ”₯

We proudly delivered our first full-scale corporate event, the official office opening of Gentoo Media. From catering and entertainment to photobooth, ministerial tour, a fully operational kitchen setup, a full-on cocktail bar, and transforming the office space with bespoke dΓ©cor, every detail was brought to life by our team πŸ‘

A big thank you to Ryan Casaletto, who reached out just weeks before the event. From initial concept discussions to exploring alternative venues, we ultimately took on the challenge of hosting the entire event within the offices, not an easy task, but the results speak for themselves.

A special shoutout to Elena Chircop for the great collaboration throughout this project.

This marks our first step into the corporate events scene β€” and it’s only the beginning. Bigger things ahead πŸš€
