But unfortunately, this time it's really necessary.
Wall of Bass was a fantastic adventure. Unfortunately, all the equipment and transportation have been seized. The rental cars and generater in particular, will be very expensive. Every contribution will help us and is greatly appreciated.

Maastricht verliest zijn subculturele ziel.
Plekken zoals de LBB en The B dreigen te verdwijnen en maken plaats voor luxe hoogbouw. ​​Culturele collectieven, bars en kunstenaars worden verdrongen, terwijl instellingen en kunstbeurzen miljoenen binnenhalen. Ondertussen staan ​​duizenden gebouwen leeg of worden ze afgewezen.
Het gaat niet alleen om gebouwen.
Het gaat erom wie de eigenaar van de stad is en wie er wordt weggevaagd.
We hebben toegankelijke cultuur nodig voor iedereen, niet alleen voor de gelukkigen.

We laten ons niet het zwijgen opleggen.
Op 31 mei zwermen we door de straten.
Doe mee aan het protest. Vier het verzet.

On the 31st of May, we are organizing a street parade for affordable culture. Together with various social and cultural collectives and good music we will march and dance through Maastricht, and we need your support!

If you would like to volunteer before or during the parade, you may join our workshops for visual arts (signs, costumes, decorations), awareness & safety... Get in touch by sending us a DM through Facebook or Instagram. We are also open to your ideas.
