With great pride, we are excited to share some big news: in 2027, the new BMW M2 Cup will kick off, and we have been selected as one of only five teams to run the cars!
The BMW M2 Cup will be an official Dutch championship, organised by V-Max Events in collaboration with BMW Netherlands and BMW M Motorsport.
A total of 25 identical BMW M2 Racing cars will line up on the grid. With all competitors racing with equal machinery and the cars prepared according to strict regulations, it comes down to what racing is ultimately all about: the driver.
The grid will feature a great mix of experienced drivers, young talents from the age of 15 and enthusiastic amateur racers. Competitors will race in different classes, including a Rookie Class and a Gentlemen Class.
The calendar consists of six race weekends across four incredible circuits:
• Circuit Zandvoort
• TT Circuit Assen
• Circuit Zolder
• Spa-Francorchamps
Each race weekend will feature the following programme:
• 30-minute free practice
• 2 × 12-minute qualifying sessions
• 2 × 25-minute sprint races
• 1 × 50-minute main race
In addition to the action on track, the championship will receive extensive media coverage, including professional livestreams and TV highlights on RTL7.
One of five selected teams – what does that mean?
As one of the five selected teams, we can support drivers who want to compete in the BMW M2 Cup in 2027. Of course, we will provide the same service, quality and great atmosphere you have come to expect from us. This includes track support, transport, coaching, servicing of the cars and more.
You can compete in the championship with your own G87 BMW M2 Racing, while rental options will also be available.
