Nog volop aan het nagenieten van onze set op . Wat een weekend! Maar we schakelen direct door, want aanstaande zaterdag 6 juni staan we op SpinCity in Terneuzen ().

De hele binnenstad staat die dag in het teken van vinyl, CD’s en muziek. Wij zijn erbij en draaien op twee locaties de lekkerste house met een flinke dosis disco en funky vibes.

Forget the standard beats. We distinguish ourselves with a unique blend of 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 and 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗸𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, built purely for the dance floor. While we are joining the Tijdverdrijf lineup, expect a show completely dedicated to the Funky Spinners style.

We are an energetic DJ/producer duo from Hulst with a deep love for 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗸𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, and 𝗡𝘂-𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼.

Our sound is shaped by a mix of Liam’s studio productions and Kevin’s years of experience behind the decks.

Sommige platen koop je voor de muziek.
Deze ook een beetje voor de kleur. 😄

Gekleurd vinyl ziet er geweldig uit. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk… de juiste groef vinden vraagt nét wat meer focus dan bij klassiek zwart vinyl.

Kevin achter de draaitafel, volledig in zijn element. Of we nu digitaal draaien of met vinyl, het draait om gevoel, timing en selectie.

Disco House en Funky House zoals wij het voelen.

Geen USB stick deze keer. Wel een ouderwetse platenkoffer 💼🎶

Gisteren bij Orion Records in Terneuzen onze allereerste Funky Spinners vinyl sessie gedraaid.
Na jaren weer lekker met vinyl aan de slag. Flink werken, handen vol, maar zó genoten.

Ja, hier en daar een klein schoonheidsfoutje. Dat krijg je zonder sync knop 🤭
Maar dat is precies wat het leuk maakt. Echt draaien, echt luisteren.
