That’s a wrap on the beach season! We closed it down with an unforgettable party for Anouk Sprangh’s sailing and surf school in Katwijk aan zee. The vibe was high, the people were happy, and the food was flowing for 150 beach lovers.
It was the perfect beach menu: 🍤 Crispy Chili Gamba’s (The absolute star!) 🍗 Crispy Malaysian Chicken 🍚 Sticky Sachy Tofu
We even spotted a picture of the menu they made—we love seeing how our food becomes part of the event’s personality! 🧡

Who says you can’t have a curated 3-course dining experience at a bachelorette party? We took over Loosdrecht to treat Fleur Driessen and her 14 favorite ladies to a private Sublime takeover.

We crafted an exclusive menu that was fresh, fun, and full of texture:
🌟 Starter: Delicate Vietnamese summer rolls.
🍗 Main: The crowd favourite Crispy Malaysian Chicken OR Sticky Sachy Tofu.
🍮 Dessert: Our decadent Miso Caramel Brownie.

It was the perfect blend of elegance and gezellig urban vibes. The bride squad left happy, full, and ready for the next chapter! 👰‍♀️✨

“A truly Sublime beginning by the fort! ⛩️💍

We were absolutely honored to be part of Kevin & Tessa’s special day at the historic Fort Lunet aan de Snel. These two are deep lovers of Japanese culture (just like us!), and it was amazing to see how they connected with the Lucky Cats on our truck. 🐈✨

For this unique celebration, we curated a full evening of flavor:
🍽️ A 40-pax Asian street food buffet to start the party.
🌙 Late-night bites for 70 hungry guests to keep the vibes going strong!

The absolute star of the menu? Our signature Hoisin Peking Duck Loempia, which received endless compliments. And of course, our handcrafted Sriracha was shining on every single dish! 🔥🥟

We even made sure every guest felt cared for, providing special menus that catered to gluten-intolerant and vegan attendees.
