Oh, how wonderful it is to truly taste the soul of Mallorca!

Not just by being here, but by experiencing its rich traditions cooking the dishes that have been passed down for generations and sharing them with family and friends.

Under the warm guidance of our local chef, in the charming and idyllic setting of our village of Moscari, we had the joy of discovering authentic Mallorquin cuisine by preparing it ourselves.
