Still waiting to try our Smoked Brisket? Next weekend is the perfect opportunity at our BRIKETT X Vesp Restaurant Pop-up in Amsterdam! (See our Link in Bio for more info + tickets!)

We get our brisket from .to.meat - we spent years testing various types of brisket and determined that nothing beats this 💯

Raised on a beautiful collection of farms in mid-west USA, these cows are happy, sustainably raised and fed organically. 🌿

We rub our brisket with a simple salt and pepper rub, so that the flavour of the meat shines, and we smoke them for around 14 hours over oak wood. Juicy, fatty and damn delicious; there’s a reason it’s our specialty.

Come to our pop-up at .amsterdam Friday 16 + Saturday 17 May to try it in a refined setting, or order Deli Takeaway from our production kitchen smokehouse in Haarlem - the choice is yours!
