Lekker fresh Smoked Brisket, anyone? This is one of the beautiful briskets that have been smoking for the 15 hours or so; quick wrap, then back in they go - they’ll be ready and rested in a couple of hours, for anyone who fancies some fresh Sunday BBQ pickup!
