Tbt: One year ago today, Camera was getting ready to open its doors for the very first edition of Groninger Filmdagen! 🎥

What a journey it’s been: three days of screenings, laughter and an unforgettable first edition that marked the beginning of something special.

And now, we’re preparing for a second edition, just a couple of months away! Here’s to everything we’ve shared so far, and to everything still to come 💙

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲

Our founder recently visited Noorderpoort to speak with first- and second-year students and introduce them to the Groninger Filmdagen.

We want to bring students into the Groningen film community, give them a glimpse into what’s happening in the local film world and, of course, invite them to be part of the Filmdagen and give them a platform.

Who knows, maybe we’ll see some of these future filmmakers at the festival! 👀🎥

Are you a film student? Will we see you there?

This year's programme is divided a little differently than last year. Now we have four different categories: 'T Opzicht, Ain Proat, Mit Aksent and 'T Begun.

Have you made a film yourself? You can still send it in until October 12 via Filmfreeway! The link is in our bio ✨️
