Moving from a small village located in the south of Italy, near Salerno, two years ago I arrived in the Dutch city of Eindhoven. Let me introduce myself: I'm Giusy Volpicelli, born in 1986, full-time mother and wife. I have a degree in Furniture and Interior Architecture and I’ve always had a great passion for cooking. I love cooking and experimenting innovative dishes but, at the same time, I'm very close to my roots and traditions, that's why I use purely Italian products. I grew up surrounded by the best cooks: my grandmothers and great grandmothers and thanks to their great experience I learned all the secrets of the simple and authentic Italian cuisine. Still today I rely on their precious advice seeking to always keep alive the link with the Italian tradition. With this new adventure I hope to get to people’s heart making my way bite after bite and recalling the emotions that everyone keeps in their mind.
