Mi presento : sono Giusy Volpicelli, classe 1986, mamma e moglie a tempo pieno. Sono laureata in Arredamento e Architettura degli Interni e da sempre ho una grande passione per la cucina. Amo cucinare e sperimentare ma sono molto legata alle mie origini e tradizioni ed è per questo che utilizzo prettamente prodotti italiani. Sono cresciuta circondata dalle migliori cuoche, nonne e bisnonne e grazi
e alla loro grande esperienza ho imparato tutti i segreti della cucina semplice e genuina. Ancora oggi mi affido ai loro consigli cercando, in tutti i modi, di mantenere vivo il legame con la tradizione. Con questa nuova avventura spero di arrivare al cuore delle persone, facendomi strada a piccoli morsi e rievocando le emozioni che ognuno di noi conserva nella memoria. Moving from a small village located in the south of Italy, near Salerno, two years ago I arrived in the Dutch city of Eindhoven. Let me introduce myself: I'm Giusy Volpicelli, born in 1986, full-time mother and wife. I have a degree in Furniture and Interior Architecture and I’ve always had a great passion for cooking. I love cooking and experimenting innovative dishes but, at the same time, I'm very close to my roots and traditions, that's why I use purely Italian products. I grew up surrounded by the best cooks: my grandmothers and great grandmothers and thanks to their great experience I learned all the secrets of the simple and authentic Italian cuisine. Still today I rely on their precious advice seeking to always keep alive the link with the Italian tradition. With this new adventure I hope to get to people’s heart making my way bite after bite and recalling the emotions that everyone keeps in their mind.
