Left the home studio for a walk and found out the hard way the sensitivity temperature in my city is like 11°C 💀 Typical situation of being that one guy in shorts just because the sun is shining 😂

My tip for keeping your ears fresh while making music, is to check out your tracks in a different context.
Export the audio, upload to a private SoundCloud, and listen to the track while walking/at the gym/in the car or whatever. Any other context than your studio will help you hear the things you need to adjust or add. Make notes and then go back to work.
With this method you also get some daylight and movement, while still being productive. Combine it with running an errand and you even win some time.
