De E in onze naam staat voor Eerlijk, Echt, Eten, maar bovenal voor Ede omdat dit onze thuisbasis is en wij geloven dat duurzame voeding begint met (biologisch) eten uit je eigen omgeving. Puur-e is innovatief, creatief, experimenteel, communicatief en staat voor de beleving van fantastische verhalen. We doen dit in de vorm van catering, workshops, masterclasses, conceptontwikkeling en in ons eigen pop-up restaurant.
