Eventcare was formed by a team that saw room to improve the level and quality of events and decided to do so. Young, enthusiastic and with a fresh perspective on which values really mattered in the event experience, Eventcare set out to become a relevant brand in the music-, art-, business-to-business- and cultural industry all around the world. Our philosophy is that in combining knowledge and ex

perience in collaborating on projects together with our clients, partners and suppliers we produce events that are sophisticated in both concept and ex*****on. A multi-disciplinary approach in the various aspects of organising events and related projects is what really sets Eventcare apart. Eventcare consists of three branches, each responsible for a separate part of the process: Concepts – the sketch, Productions – the plan and Crew – the team. These branches can provide services separately, but also work together on various projects Eventcare takes on as a whole. Quality, creativity, commitment and flexibility are of utmost importance during the process. Marijn started as a freelancer in 2021 and officially joined the Eventcare family in 2022. Together with , he forms the dream team behind our most iconic visual designs. 🧑‍💻

From immersive 3D renders and technical drawings to overseeing the on-site build and operating the lights during the show - Marijn ensures that what we build in real life looks exactly as amazing as it did on his drawings!

Highlight? Amsterdam Dance Event 2022. Delivering two killer designs for Pleinvtees and Audio Obscura during such a hectic period was incredibly rewarding.🌟

Kicked off 2026 with our first production of the year on January 7.

Eventcare delivered the lighting design, set design, and full technical production, including all required equipment.

Audio Obscura at RAW Factory the Deck

Design and Creative Direction by Eventcare

For ADE, Audio Obscura brought its vision to the Deck on the parking deck of the RAW Factory.
An open, elevated space where scale, height and horizon defined the experience from the very first moment.

Eventcare was responsible for the creative direction, setdesign, lightdesign and operating.

The Deck demanded a fundamentally different approach. Instead of density and compression, the design focused on openness and perspective. Long sightlines, structural elements and expansive lighting compositions were used to emphasize the vastness of the space.

Working on the parking deck meant working with the city itself.

The sky became part of the canvas. The surrounding architecture framed the experience. The audience gathered on and around the stage, becoming an integral part of the space. Every lighting cue and spatial decision was made to connect the music, the crowd and the openness of the Deck into one shared experience.

By translating the scale and elevation of the Deck directly into the design language, the space became an active element of the experience.
Together with the Audio Obscura team and the artists involved, we created an environment where sound, light, architecture and audience moved as one.

Design and Creative Direction 💡⚡💻

For ADE, transformed the Garage of the RAW Factory into a new sanctuary for cutting-edge electronic music.

This lower, heavier and more enclosed part of the building carried a raw industrial energy that became the foundation of our design approach.

Eventcare was responsible for the creative direction, setdesign, lightdesign and operating.

Instead of reshaping the Garage, we worked with its character. The concrete, the narrow sightlines and the compressed architecture guided our choices. Every lighting angle, every visual layer and every scenographic element was created to amplify the density and pulse of the space. By translating the architecture directly into the design language, the Garage became an active instrument in the experience.

Together with the Audio Obscura team and the lineup of artists, we turned this hidden corner of the RAW Factory into an immersive world of its own.

Eventcare is proud to have shaped this environment for ADE.

At with , the night unfolded inside a landmark rich with history, where modern sound and timeless architecture met in a powerful harmony. What emerged was more than a performance; it was an atmosphere shaped by light, shadows, movement, and intention.

For this edition, Eventcare was responsible for the design and operating. Every cue, every shift in color, and every moment of contrast was crafted to support Honey Dijon’s and vision and elevate the experience within the monumental space.

Working within these sacred arches demanded precision and sensitivity. The venue carried its own voice, and our task was to let the light become its language. Together with the Audio Obscura team and all artists involved, we shaped an environment that felt both intimate and overwhelming in the best possible way.

This project also marks another chapter in our long-standing partnership with Audio Obscura. For over ten years, Eventcare has been their creative design partner, shaping stages, crafting atmospheres, and bringing their vision to life across countless unforgettable nights.

A memorable night where past and present met, guided by music, creativity, and collective energy.
