TweeLuik is out now!

Making it was a real adventure! Finally I had an excuse to use all the gear I "really need" to make this record.
The writing of TweeLuik was an exercise in making choices and not being obsessive about the same thing over and over again.

Had the pleasure to work on the mix with long time friend Bram van Bergen. The mastering was done by Da Goose Mastering .

New People en Phoenix Koolen zijn een combi die je weinig ziet. Phoenix’ sets zijn diep en minimaal, doch opzwepend en dansbaar van karakter. Zijn sound is origineel en kenmerkt zich verder door fijne ritmiek, liefelijke melodieën en melancholische sferen. New People – voor vrienden Thijme – is een muzikant in hart en nieren. Zijn sets kunnen alle kanten opgaan; (deep)house en techno zijn meestal de basis, maar als de knoppen het willen kan een liveset van New People ook vervallen in een jazz- of bluesjam. Samen zorgen ze gegarandeerd voor een unieke beleving.
