Thai chef, recipe developer and food writer, born and raised in Bangkok. Marni is the founder of Thai Food Made Easy and a BBC Food contributor, passionate about making authentic Thai cooking accessible, inclusive and full of flavour.

Meet Rak Patel 🇮🇳
Indian cuisine specialist and Co-Founder of the Asian Cooking Academy. Rak is also the founder of MySpiceTin, creating authentic spice blends inspired by family recipes. His hands-on classes focus on layering fresh ingredients and spices to create flavourful Indian dishes at home.
