The reason that positive feedback warms any professional's heart isn't just about the service we deliver; it's about the trust that this particular customer showed us, and we proved them right by honoring the promise to deliver a quality service or product.

The email above is from a lunch order I prepared for a company that regularly order from Olivity. During one of our chats when I delivered one of the previous order, the lady who sent me the feedback told me that she loves the food, as well as the presentation, since the lunch is for colleagues of theirs who travel from across the pond.

I'm not writing this (just) to toot my own horn, but to share that in the time when we have almost forgotten that not everything magically appears by pressing a button, it's lovely to see that these connections still exist, and that high quality is still appreciated.
And I am extremely grateful that I have such connections with my customers. 😍
