After sharing my last post on (gut) health, I was blown away by the responses—though deep down, I wasn’t surprised. Every time I open up about my journey, someone else opens up about theirs. Which tells me this is a conversation we need to keep having.

It breaks my heart to see litter scattered across our city, a constant reminder of how much we take our environment for granted. In places like Finland, people respect nature, and it shows—I know we can do better. I’ve started picking up trash on my walks in Amsterdam because even small actions can inspire change and create the cleaner, more beautiful world we all deserve.
