Amsterdam Soulful Events where people can listen or dance to soul music. This caters for all ages. Helen was the scout, and found a small venue, Checkpoint Charlie.

we have a fantastic group of regular soul loving people, new souls are always welcome. Helen & Jan, British expats founded the club Amsterdam Soulful in October 2015, due to Amsterdam Soul Club announcing that they would stop their monthly events after a fantastic 8 year period. Soulies were now in need of a new club to be able to come and listen, dance and chat with each other. We held monthly events, usually the Sunday afternoon session there. In the summer months, May, July and August, moving on to extra events at a larger venue, Akhnaton. We held Alldayers and Weekends at the club. Keeping to the same format , the venues had a number of guest Dj's, across the board soul. Something to the liking of most soul lovers young and old.Since then there have been 3 day weekenders too!�
Helen and Jan, just have a passion for music, we try to accomodatie our guests to a fun filled Soulful party!! Since Covid hit, things have been quiet, but now we are looking forward to our 1st event of the year, Soulful Dayer #22
