J + M travelled all the way from Australia to Croatia to celebrate their love — in the peaceful hills of Dalmatia, surrounded by family, tradition and sunlight.

Their wedding took place in the village of Žegar, with a sacred Serbian Orthodox ceremony at the beautiful Kastel Žegar church. For me as a photographer, it was something truly special to witness — a day filled with ancient rituals, warmth, and emotion.

We also visited Monastir Krupa, one of Croatia’s oldest monasteries, to take photos among the stone walls and olive trees. The setting was timeless and so was their love.
