Pumpkins are for hobbits 🧙‍♀️🧙, roses are for elfs 🧝‍♀️🧝

This fantastic floral design for The Lord of the Rings themed wedding created by my dedicated team at Katya Hutter Floral Design in collaboration with one of the leading Dutch wedding planners and stylists Bloom Wedding & Events | Luxury Weddingplanning & Design and a custom made decor by Esther | TE LEUK TROUWEN are simply breathtaking.

The one-of-a-kind fully bespoke design reflects the spirit of the fantasy story and the early autumnal spirit with all its splendor: autumn 🍂 leaves, pumpkins, hop, warm hues. All set in the centuries old forest in the Netherlands at Het Roode Koper Relais & Chateaux.

I love garden style 🌿 For this project, I carefully selected more than 100 varieties of flowers, plants, foliage and even trees, the greatest diversity I have ever used in a single project, providing an extraordinary botanical richness.

My intention was to create an immersive natural world, drawing connections between the surrounding forest, the autumn season and the atmosphere of The Lord of the Rings, the favorite film of the clients.

Together with my dedicated team of 15 people, and using 15,000 flowers, we transformed the beautiful Orangerie into a magnificent, enchanted setting where every floral element was artfully crafted with the utmost respect, attention and love.

There is something incredibly special about what human hands and hearts can create together: refined, natural beauty made with care, craftsmanship and emotion. Something truly worth cherishing. 🌿

It was an unforgettable experience at the HOMO FABER Biennale in Venice! This year’s edition, themed ‘The Island of Light’, was curated by Es Devlin Es Devlin , the renowned artist and stage designer. A truly world-class exhibition!

I loved all 15 installations, each one was exquisite, and especially the spectacular mirror room, where the work of my colleague, the brilliant artist Cedric Laquieze, was exhibited.
What a triumph of the human spirit, creativity and craftsmanship. Bravo, Homo Faber! ✨

This bespoke wedding at a centuries-old estate in the Netherlands, immersed in the greenery of an enchanted forest, was a dream project!

The Lord of the Rings-inspired theme, the rich colours, the natural beauty of the setting, the creative vision and the extraordinary craftsmanship all came together to create something truly one of a kind.

It was a great pleasure to bring this project to life with my wonderful team at Katya Hutter Floral Design and all the talented professionals involved. We used 15,000 top-quality flowers, each artfully arranged with great care and attention to detail.

Sharing a glimpse of the welcome dinner setting, which was absolutely unique and unforgettable. I hope you enjoy the atmosphere as much as we enjoyed creating it last week!

I love this sitting chart presentation at the magnificent hall of Château De Ferrières. To echo the marble floor hues I’ve selected breathtaking double lilies and amaranths. Refined quicksand roses matched the sandstone walls. I love the burgundy name cards arranged beautifully by Morgane Anderson | Wedding Planner France.
