Working in our new projects! Thanks you to everyone who joined us on July 25 for this unique experience cruising through the beautiful canals of Amsterdam.

Our guests enjoyed a luxury boat featuring comfortable indoor seating, a restroom, shaded areas, and an open deck to take in the stunning views.

Throughout the cruise, we served a selection of six delicious Peruvian canapés, all prepared with premium-quality ingredients. Guests also enjoyed authentic Peruvian beverages, including Cuzqueña beer, Inca Kola, and Chicha Morada, as well as handcrafted Pisco cocktails prepared by Chef Fernando Limache

I would first like to sincerely apologize, but unfortunately, I will not be participating in the Sunday’s event Peruaanse Cultuurdag.

We had everything prepared and were really looking forward to being part of this special day, so we are truly sorry not to be able to join this time.

Thank you very much for your understanding.

We will, however, be preparing for this weekend some delicious Peruvian-style barbecue, along with many other tasty dishes for a private event.

Hi, I’m Paola Cruz, a Peruvian-Dutch chef and entrepreneur based in the Netherlands, and the founder of Pukitas Catering.

Originally from Lima, Peru, I’m passionate about sharing the authentic flavors and traditions of Peruvian cuisine through private dining experiences, catering, culinary workshops, and cultural and gastronomic events.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of catering events for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, creating a tasting experience for the Minister of Defence, and participating in a variety of corporate, diplomatic, and cultural events.
