There was a time when mornings smelled of charcoal fires and warm sugar, when dreams were mixed quietly in bowls before the world woke up.

Back then, the tools were simple, the kitchen small, and mistakes were frequent, but so was hope. Each cracked egg and uneven layer carried lessons learned the hard way.
