Part 5: and this time, it’s the cow meat. 🐄🔥

Because of the quantity, we had to boil the meat in batches.

The first batch was boiled and brought down, then the second batch until every meat was cooked
After boiling, the meat went through the frying stage, and finally into the big sieves to drain and cool.

This is the kind of behind-the-scenes work that goes into feeding 1,000 guests. 😮‍💨

And we’re not done yet… 👀
