What people saw: a beautiful, seamless event.
What they didn’t see: the story behind it.
We started this build on Monday, heading to the village, setting up from scratch, laying every detail with intention and excellence. Day by day, piece by piece, we built what was becoming a masterpiece.
By Friday, we were about 90% done and preparing for our final test run… then nature had other plans.
The wind came.
The rain came.
And in moments, parts of what we had spent days building were damaged.
Things broke.
Some things came down.
We had to pull down, rethink, rebuild, and call in engineers to fix structures all just hours before guests were due to arrive at 9AM,the next morning.
So while many people were asleep, we were awake,working through the night, in the rain, restoring what was broken and making sure excellence still showed up the next morning.
And it did.
This is why we’re deeply grateful for consistency, structure, resilience, and the gift of a solid team and dependable vendor network. Because sometimes, the beauty of an event isn’t just in the final reveal,it’s in the unseen fight behind it.
