Wealth of experiences, ability to work with others, as a, team, patience and leadership qualities that will supercees your age.... You must also be willing to learn, giving is another one that can't be ignore, you cannot succeed if you are not willing to part with your mother,gathering over 30 people together, men and women of values working tirelessly for days, and you expect them to feed from their wages...... They will, and your project will get very slow

Get them food, water, drinks if possible, I do it, and we all laugh, in fact I dance at time, make your working environment fun, and when I'm giving instructions, they listen and take ur serious immediately

Remember you can't do it alone, make your noise, anxiety, lesser, listen to them even when they are not make sense, and let them realize why you insist on what you asked them to do, firmly, calming, be a leader that leads by example
