How to bake Chinchin.

Required ingredients include:
✓ 2 cup of flour 250g
✓ 2/3 Baking powder
✓ 2/3 cup of sugar 66g
✓ 2/3 cup of margarine
✓ 2/3 cup of liquid milk
✓ pinch of nutmeg.

Procedure to follow:

Mix Flour, baking powder and sugar and margarine in a bowl thoroughly.

Add egg and mix,

Thereafter add little water to your flour and mix till you have a strechy dough but not sticky.

Roll out the mixture (dough) on a flat surface, then cut to your desire shape.

Set the oil on a medium heat and fry the shaped dough in the oil until golden brown color is achieve.

Your chinchin is ready.

✓ To avoid your yam getting spoilt after cutting add rub the surface with with palmoil.

Add little groudnut oil in your hot water for EBA--- it help to prevent it from sticking to the bowl while stirring
