🔔 So, I recently came across a montage Facebook made of old pictures from the early days of our business, alongside a more recent one, with a nine-year gap between them. I paused to look at it and thought, “Probably, I should share this on my socials today to motivate someone.”
Most times, on a journey to greatness, we are often bothered by our destination and criticize—or rather, crucify—ourselves over how long the journey is taking to get to the top! But when you look back, you begin to appreciate how far you’ve come: the highs and the lows, the disappointments, the setbacks that you struggled to overcome, the moments of low morale that made you almost quit, etc.
Taking all of this in, you realize one peculiar thing—a consistent tilt toward an upward trajectory, slowly gliding your way up! I call it the “The Cosine Graph of Life 📈” —Ups, downs, twists and turns, but somehow, when you look at the bigger picture, you’re still moving upward.
It’s been 9 years since we pushed on this journey. We are not where we want to be yet, but we definitely are not where we were yesterday.
