*Responsibilities*
As a State Coordinator, you will:
1. Represent Sushy Event Agency in your assigned state.
2. Recruit, screen, and onboard professional ushers and event support staff.
3. Build and manage an active database of ushers within your state.
4. Coordinate and supervise ushers for events when assigned.
5. Lead and manage WhatsApp groups and other communication platforms effectively.
6. Ensure professionalism, discipline, and quality service among team members.
7. Assist with training, orientation, and continuous development of recruits.
8. Work closely with the National Management Team to grow the agency's presence in your state.
*Eligibility Criteria*
Applicants must:
1. Be a natural leader with strong leadership qualities.
2. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Be capable of managing and engaging a WhatsApp group of over 100 members.
4. Have the ability to recruit and retain ushers and event support staff.
5. Possess good knowledge of recruitment, coordination, and team management.
6. Be responsible, trustworthy, organized, and proactive.
7. Be passionate about the events and hospitality industry.
8. Have access to a smartphone with reliable internet connectivity.
9. Be available to respond promptly to official communications.
10. Previous experience in event management, ushering, volunteering, or team coordination is an added advantage (but not compulsory).
