We had an Audition for new team members to fill up positions in the agency. And we also trained them before they were welcomed to the Family.

It was a FUN and EDUCATIVE Training. We had two Guest Speakers who spoke about Client Expectations towards Service Delivery and Qualities of a Good Usher/How to deliver your duties during events.

There was also a practical session where they showed us how to deliver services during events; response, actions, expression etc.
