Hon. Dr. Abiola Makinde has once again proven that he is the most youth-focused leader and the best candidate to represent Ondo Central Senatorial District. Through his consistent empowerment initiatives, he continues to invest in the future of our youth.

As part of his youth-driven programs, the Hon. Dr. Abiola Makinde Senatorial Football Competition will hold from 22nd – 26th September 2025 at the Akure Township Stadium, Ondo State.

The competition will feature exciting football action from grassroots teams across Idanre, Ifedore, Akure North, Akure South, Ondo East and Ondo West Local Governments.

Tagged SPORTS EMPOWERMENT, this initiative is designed to encourage talent development and support football clubs in every part of the Central Senatorial District.

True to his name, The Father of Empowerment, Hon. Dr. Abiola Makinde will reward the winners with:
🏆 1st Prize – N1,000,000
🥈 2nd Prize – N500,000
🥉 3rd Prize – N250,000
…alongside a grand Trophy, medals, awards, and many more prizes.
