By revalidating and recertifying your land, you ensure eligibility for any potential compensation and protect your ownership rights. Also for private lands in Anambra, ensure you do the same to legally back up your property and after the said period of the process, your old documents will be invalid

For recertification, only a photocopy of your land documents and sighting of the originals are required.
