Shortening Buttercream Icing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable shortening
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups icing sugar
2–4 tbsp milk or water (adjust for desired consistency)
Pinch of salt (optional, helps balance sweetness).

FONDANT RECIPE for all weather. This is raining season and it can still serve perfectly. No Melting, No Sweating.
Icing sugar __1kg
Glucose_3TBSP( tablespoon)
CMC_2tsp+half teaspoon
Gelatine _1TBSP+1teaspoon
Water__6TBSP or Half cup
INSTRUCTION
1. Sieve icing sugar and CMC in a bowl and keep it aside ( remove 1 cup and keep aside for kneading)
2. Get a Stainless Plate, measure in your waters, spread your gelatine over the water, turn the mixture with a spoon. And then allow it to bloom for at least 3mins
3. Place the plate mixture inside hot water until the gelatine mixture Melts.
4. Add Glucose inside your mixture allow to dissolve
5. Get Your icing sugar bowl, make a well at the middle, and then pour it n your liquid mixture. Mix until everything forms together
6. Allow it to rest for at least 5 hours before use
7. Use corn flour to knead.
