Truth be told, before I started, I thought I have seen it all, know it all but thatβs was a mere assumptionπ«π
π©βπ³ Being a chef is more than just cooking. Not only do you have to wear the appropriate uniform , you have to know your basic skills, practice your knife skills, be aware of kitchen hygiene and safety protocols. Learn to work as fast as you can to beat the time frame. β¦
I have definitely unlearned to learn, humbling myself to grow as a person and learning to work well as a team player. ..
2022 I look forward to completing my professional diploma in Cuisine, mastering my craft and doing whatever necessary on this journey of greatness. β¦.
