Catering is a BIG part of any event! 🍽️✨ Even with the best caterers on board, without proper coordination and management, you could end up with excess food while some guests leave the venue hungry! 😩
At stachysevents, we pay attention to every detail because we understand that every aspect of an event contributes to the overall experience.
Beautiful décor, great music, and an amazing atmosphere mean little if catering becomes a disaster. We don't just plan events; we ensure every guest feels well taken care of. ❤️
Because at the end of the day, there are no beautiful memories when your guests leave hungry! 😉🙌

Still on the importance of selecting the right vendors! 👌🏽

We got the planning and décor brief for the final burial of Madam M.B. Akinrimisi, and during one of our discussions with the family, the client mentioned that they hadn’t secured a live band yet.

As is our usual practice, we recommended one of our trusted vendors. There were a few initial issues around negotiations, terms and conditions, but I stood my ground because I knew the band was GOOD!

And boy, did they deliver! 🔥🔥🔥

They played for almost 6 hours, and the atmosphere was nothing short of electrifying! From start to finish, they brought the energy, engaged the guests and absolutely understood the assignment.

This is why vendor selection is such a critical part of event planning. It’s not just about getting a vendor—it’s about knowing the right vendor for the brief, the budget and the experience you want to create.

At Stachys Events, we don’t just recommend vendors; we recommend vendors we believe will deliver value and protect our clients’ investment. And when they deliver like this? We are happy planners! 😍👏🏽
