We provide custom event décor and designs, D.J services/music entertainment, video coverage, photography (wedding photography, event photography and Studio photography), catering/confectionaries, world class professional MC’s and rental services for your event. We are recruiting to fill the following positions;
Job Title: Marketing Supervisors
Location: Nationwide
Job description:
• Thoroughly understand customer drivers, needs and requirements to develop, build and execute winning strategies and customer value propositions
• Build strong and lasting relationships at all levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers
• Keep abreast of market developments, maintain awareness of market trends, customer needs and competitor initiatives and devise strategies to optimally utilize market opportunities.
• Liaise with the team members at negotiation and deal-closing phases in order to ensure smooth and correct customer activation.
• Comply with objectives set by achieving expected revenue, profitability, and satisfaction levels in portfolio.
• Provide weekly and monthly planning and reporting on activities to Managing Director.
• Transmit relevant client, market and competitor information, as well as product/service functionality requirements to the relevant units.
Requirements
• Education: University degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years equivalent work experience.
• Should have a good understanding of IT and technology at functional level, enough to understand client needs in terms of event Management
Job Title: Business Development Executives (marketers)
Location: Nationwide
Job Description
• Collaborate with the marketing supervisor to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines of organization’s and advise on possible new lines based on the market requirements.
• Manage sales, client relations and business development of the firm within defined geographic areas.
• Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, deployment of sales materials.
• Perform sales & marketing activities in relations to business development to establish new clients & business opportunities.
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the organization’s sales team by developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development.
Requirements
• Education: minimum of OND in any field.
• Minimum 0-2 years equivalent work experience.
• Should have a good understanding of IT and technology at functional level, enough to understand client needs in terms of event management
Job Title: Photographer/Photo Editors
Location: Nationwide
Job description:
• Work closely with our team to develop concepts
• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
• Archive photographic images and maintain database
• Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures
• Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods.
• Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Requirements
• Proven professional shooting experience
• Minimum of HND in any relevant field
• Eye-catching portfolio
• Extensive knowledge of photo manipulation, retouching photos, adding details, Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software
• Shooting, lighting and printing skills
• Candidate must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
