A lovely mum came to me saying she wanted to celebrate their daughter's 4th birthday with a truly bespoke cake. She was growing very fast, and her interests were changing with each year in a really fascinating way.

After a few discussions about design and theme, I created this beautiful buttercream cake in the daughter's new favourite character- Barbie. I also made sure to add red velvet layers, as they're her favorite.

Since turning 4, she loves all things barbie and pink so obviously this barbie cake was a perfect fit.

I'm told she was so thrilled and speechless at the beautiful cake her mum had bought for her. She absolutely loved the red velvet layer, and has asked to have a slice of it every other day after her birthday🥰

Can you guess what size this cake is? And how many layers as well? I'll be watching in the comments for who gets the answer☺️

What next after delivering a cake??

As a baker, I find that I always have this anxiety moment after sending out a cake to a client. I'm thinking in my head...

Will the driver make it there in time?

Will the cake get arrive in one piece?

Will the client like the cake?

What will they say when they see/taste it?

If you know our brand well, you'd know that Client satisfaction is the "happily-ever-after" of every cake that we make. Like I literally get butterflies in my tummy for every beautiful feedback we receive😍

I've decided to share some of the many beautiful feedbacks we have...the first one literally melted my heart. I sincerely celebrate all our lovely clients who patronize and also refer us on a steady. Love you plenty plenty❤️

Happy New Week, Cake Lovers🥰

It’s your tall cake baker once again😂

You know I said tall cakes come with their fair share of wahala, but you know, I shall not give up.
I absolutely loved the process of this buttercream cake for a birthday boy. 5 layers of vanilla and red velvet cakes…this one didn’t give me so much wahala sha.

And birthday boy definitely loved his cake.

We’re taking it easy today at the bakery, after the stress of weekend.

WORLD BAKING DAY!!😍

Baking is such a delightful activity. As a baker, I can tell you for free that it’s so much fun to create sweetness that people can enjoy. It is so rewarding, seeing the joy on people’s faces🥰

Baking is also a bonding activity. As a mom, fun time with the family can be created over cupcakes, cookies or brownies😄. These memories are forever cherished, and hopefully passed on as family traditions.
