Our Egusi Soup is a beloved and flavorful. It is made using ground egusi seeds (melon seeds), which give the soup its signature rich and nutty flavor.
The base of our Egusi Soup often includes palm oil, which adds a deep, vibrant color, along with a medley of spices of depth with a standard mix of proteins like Beef, dry fish, stockfish, ponmo and crayfish.
Our Egusi soup is often thick and hearty, making it perfect to pair with fufu, pounded yam, or eba. Beyond being a meal, it's a cultural comfort food 👌🏽
