If you need about 200 pieces of puff puff...this recipe will definitely guide you

Recipe
3kg of flour
750g sugar
6 tablespoon yeast
13 cup of warm water
¼ cup of powder milk
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon nutmeg

Procedures

In a bowl sieve you flour,sugar, milk, nutmeg and salt and mix together

Add the yeast and mix together as well

Make a centre and add the water add begin mix together not too thick and watery

Cover and allow to rise for 1 hour

Heat up your oil and begin to scoop

When it turn golden brown bring out from oil

Note if you are using soft flour 13 cup of water is ok and if you are using hard flour you will be needing and extra water just little so that you won't end up with watery batter

This puff puff will serve about 50 people if package 4 pieces each and this recipe will also give you about 400 pieces of puff puff if scoop in smaller size
