Our job was to create an environment that felt intentional, engaging and aligned with the purpose of the day without taking attention away from the message.

Nine years of building, learning, evolving, creating and most importantly, becoming.

In this video, I share a little about what this journey has meant to me, what has kept me going, and what I believe the future holds for Event planner in Lagos |theeventsblueprint.

Beyond the milestones, projects and beautiful events, there are the people, relationships, lessons and moments that have made these nine years what they are.

9 years 🤍.

August 19, 2017 feels like yesterday.

I think about the girl who started Event planner in Lagos |theeventsblueprint with a lot of faith, a willingness to learn and honestly, no idea just how much this journey would demand of her.

Nine years have taught me that building a business is about so much more than making beautiful events.

It’s about perseverance.

It’s about relationships; building them, nurturing them and maintaining them.

It’s about showing up when things don’t go according to plan.

It’s about learning, unlearning, starting again and trusting the process.

It’s about people.

The people who gave me my first opportunities.

The clients who trusted me with their most important moments.

The mentors who shared their knowledge.

The team members and vendors who have worked alongside me.

The friends and family who cheered me on, sometimes when I couldn't see what they saw.

I carry so much gratitude for every person and every experience that has shaped .

Today, I can look at what we have built and say, we've come a long way.

But I also know this is not the finish line.

There is still so much to create. So many rooms to transform. So many remarkable events to bring to life. And a much bigger vision ahead.

9 years of The Events Blueprint.

OAAN (Out-of-Home Advertisers Association of Nigeria) took Event planner in Lagos |theeventsblueprint from Lagos to Abeokuta for its AGM and said, essentially, “Come and show us what you can do.”

So, we started with the stage.

For an AGM of an association of this calibre, the stage had to do more than provide a backdrop. It had to command attention, frame the conversations and set the tone for the entire event.

From the LED screen to the stage design and finishing, every element was planned to create a clean, professional and impactful focal point.

Brief received. Assignment understood.

The objective was to build confidence, deepen product knowledge, and empower partners to deliver greater value to their customers.
