1) Accessibility : can your guests locate the venue easily.
2) Security : How secured is the venue ?Do your guests feel vulnerable? Will the venue have any security personnel present at your event?
3) Parking lot : does the venue have a parking space for your guests?
4) Hall Capacity: Can the venue accommodate all your guests? Don't rent a hall that has the capacity of 150 for an event of 300 people.
5) Availability : will the hall be available for use on the date of your event?
6) Affordability : Is the cost of the venue within your budget?
7) Amenities : Do they have a clean usable toilet for your guests? Do they have a functional backup generator, Are all their electrical sockets functional, Is their cooling system functional and effective.
