One thing about this programme? We knew the experience was special… but hearing the teens talk about it themselves made it even more beautiful. 🥹❤️

From the things they learnt to the moments they enjoyed and the experiences they’ll be taking away, our certified young planners had quite a lot to say about the Teen Event Planners Summer Programme.

And honestly, listening to them share their highlights reminded us why we do what we do.

Five days of learning, creating, asking questions, trying new things, making friends and discovering that there is so much more to event planning than just what people see on the day.

We officially wrapped up the Teen Event Planners Summer Programme 2026, and honestly… what a journey it has been!

Five days of learning…
Five days of creativity…
Five days of discovering that behind every beautiful event is an idea, a plan, a team and the courage to bring it all to life…

We watched these teens go from curious participants to confident young planners, learning, creating, asking questions, working together and seeing the world of events from a whole new perspective.

As the curtains closes, one thing was clear:

This was more than a summer programme.

It was an experience.
A spark.
A beginning.

Because somewhere within these five days, new passions were discovered, confidence was built and perhaps… the next generation of great event planners began their journey.

DAY 4 IN THE BOOKS!!!

Today, our young event planners went beyond the creativity and stepped into the ex*****on side of event planning.

They explored logistics, timelines, team roles and responsibilities, learning how every detail, every person and every minute can contribute to the success of an event.

And of course, learning is always better when it comes with interaction, teamwork and a little fun!

Today, we’re getting into the part of event planning that turns great ideas into real experiences.

Our young planners are diving into Logistics, Timelines & Team Roles, understanding how to make the plan work, coordinate the moving parts, and know exactly what it takes to execute an event successfully.

From understanding the industry… to learning the role of a planner… to moving from idea to ex*****on , they’re excitedly getting closer to seeing the bigger picture.

IDEAS CAME TO LIFE!

Today, our young event planners got to roll up their sleeves and get creative!

From building moodboards to exploring décor concepts and getting hands-on with balloon artistry, Day 3 was all about understanding how a great event idea moves from vision to ex*****on.

There was creativity, collaboration, experimentation, and plenty of “look what I made!” moments 😂

And that’s exactly what this programme is about, giving young minds the confidence, skills, and experience to create something amazing.

Today, it’s all about Moodboards, Décor & Balloon Workshop, a hands-on session designed to help them explore their creativity, understand event aesthetics, and learn how to turn an idea into something tangible.

From choosing a mood and building a visual concept to exploring décor and balloon artistry, today is where imagination meets ex*****on.
