In peanut burger production, no step should be rushed not the binder, not the coating, not the frying...Every stage plays a major role in the final result, crunch, colour, and smoothness of your peanut burger especially if you are still producing manually.

Your binder needs time to mix properly and the sugar well  dissolve so it can stick well and give you a well, smooth coating.

Your coating process must be done patiently layer by layer. Rushing will make your peanuts come out rough, powdery, or uneven.

Your frying must be well controlled. so the inside cooks well while the outside browns beautifully.

If you are tired, stop.
Don’t force your body. You can always continue the next day.
Your remaining binder (egg and sugar mix) will not spoil.

It can stay for 24 hours at normal room temperature, and it will even last longer if you keep it in the fridge.

Peanut burger is not something you rush;
it is something you take time to build layer by layer.

The more patient you are, the better your results will be.
