Do not compare your starting point to someone else’s progress.
It is easy to look at people who are ahead and feel like you are behind. You see the results, the visibility, the wins, the recognition, and you begin to question your own journey.
But you did not see their beginning.
You did not see their mistakes.
You did not see their learning seasons.
You did not see the years of quiet work.
Everyone is moving at a different pace, in different seasons, with different resources, different responsibilities, and different starting points.
Comparison removes context.
And when context is removed, discouragement grows.
Focus on your own growth.
Focus on your own consistency.
Focus on your own next step.
Progress is personal.
