So this morning, I was on my way to the market to sell my snacks when one woman on my street called me. I went there thinking she wanted to buy something, and this was how the conversation went 😂👇

Woman: Ah ah, my daughter, you make snacks?
Me: Yes ma, I do 😊
Her: How much do you sell?
Me: Buns is 200, egg roll is 500
Her: So you didn’t even bring for me to taste your handiwork abi? Oya, tomorrow bring tasting for me and I’ll pray for you 😂

Habanero Versus Scotch Bonnet 🌶️
Most people often confuse one for the other. As much as they look alike, and although they belong to the same family, they are actually quite different.

Scotch Bonnet is smaller, with a squashed bottom. It’s usually hotter and has a fruity, sweet, deceiving taste (because the moment you taste it, the heat will show you flames 😂).

Habanero, on the other hand, is a bit bigger. It adds more flavor to food and is better suited for people with a lower tolerance for heat.
So tell me… which one are you picking? Team 🔥 Scotch Bonnet or Team 🌶️ Habanero?

Most times we see Best Before and Expiry Date on products we buy but we can't tell the difference. As similar as they look, they don't mean the same thing

Expiry date is about safety. Meaning the product should not be consumed after the date written to avoid food poisoning

Best before talks about Quality. Meaning the product is best consumed before that date written, as it'll loose it's quality, taste, texture, flavor after that time. The product doesn't go bad but it becomes stale.
