In all it's glory!!!!
My take on the yummy Indonesian Noddle Chicken Soup.
I used rice and tapioca Noddle instead of using the typical egg noddle! But after that everything is spot on tradition.
The egg, the sambal, the broth...oh my!

I did my first unorthodox tuwo plating way back in 2007. It opened up my imagination to many possibilities of how Tuwo can be plated.
My mini malmalas are my favourite take on Tuwo.
They are easy to make and every loves the fact that you can just pop one in your mouth.
Making Taushe in a wok with Chicken Breast and Cutlets is unorthodox but what must remain constant is the use of Daddawa and Kubewa.
With Fusion Cooking, one must respect the individual cultures you want to merge.
Understanding the significance of a particular ingredient in the cooking of that meal helps you know what to leave out and what to add in.
