Do you know that you can make bole with your frying pan.. Lemme show you.
1. Peel your ripe or unripe plantain
2. Make those incisions with a knife
3. Grease diligently with red oil
4. Wrap in a foil
5. Assemble them in a pan.. Any pan will do
6. Use a very low heat
7. Allow to heat for 11mins.. Heat both sides
8. Unwrap foil
9. Serve with pepper sauce or anything you wish.. The pictures will help you understand more

What food do you add garlic to when cooking?

Do you know that garlic is highly nutritional. In fact, one clove of raw garlic, which is around 3 grams, contains:

Manganese
Vitamin B6
Vitamin C
Selenium
Fiber
Amounts of calcium, copper, potassium, iron, etc.

Hygiene refers to practices of cleanliness conducive to health. (Merriam Webster dictionary)
It's those who are healthy that can engage in academic studies
It's those who are healthy that can go to a job
It's those who are healthy that can manage their business hence, the saying goes "Health is
wealth"
It's easier and cheaper to observe basic hygiene practices and stay safe and healthy and it's
more expensive, worrisome and difficult to treat sickness and diseases which could have
been prevented by observation of hygiene practices.
Be wise, give attention to hygiene habits for maintenance of good health.
Regular shower, frequently wash your hands especially before preparing or eating food and
after going to the toilet, brush your teeth twice a day, trim your nails and wash your hairs.

heavy cream 500g
250g condensed milk
Vanilla extract

1 In a mixing bowl,pour in your chilled cream and condensed milk together
2 use an electric mix and whisk till stiff peak(u can use a whisker but will take time and you need to whisk the cream first befoore you add the c.milk).
3 add the vanilla extra and whisk a little.
4 transfer mixture to a clean ,airtight container and freeze for hours .
5 icecream is ready.
