PREPARATION FOR FRIED RICE.
INGREDIENTS:
•Rice.(Quantity you want to cook).
•Curry.
•Thyme.
•Fried rice spice.
•Vegetable oil.
•Salt.
•Carrot, cut into Cube.
•Liver, cut into cube.
•Maggi. (Of your choice).
•Onions, cut into pieces.
•Green beans, cut into 1cm.
•Sweet corn
•Green pea
•Water.
•Strainer.
•Spatula. (To stir).
PROCEDURE:
STAGE 1: wash the rice with Salt like 2 to 3times and put it inside strainer.
STAGE 2: Put vegetable oil on fire, when it hot, add onions.
STAGE 3: After, the onion, pour the wash rice, add curry, thyme, fried spice. Then you start to fry by turning it till it fry to your taste but not burnt....
STAGE 4: Add the quantity of water that can cook the rice perfectly.
STAGE 5: When it started boiling, add the quantity of Maggi and salt that will be OK for the quantity of the rice. And cover it.
STAGE 6: When the rice is about to be done, if the water is on the level of the rice, wash your cut Carrot, green beans and liver.
STAGE 7: When the rice is almost done, Rinse the sweet corn, green pea, etc.... And pour it.
STAGE 8: Stir it together.
STAGE 9: Ready to eat with chicken, beef, etc.
