Class will focus on desserts making,plating,desserts costing,transportation,desserts catering 👉 Things to learn 👉 Gateaux : Black forest,Red velvet,Mocha Cake, White forest, Carrot Cake,,Swiss Roll. 👉 Crumbles & Tarts: Apple Crumble, Decadent chocolate, Apple pies,Fruit Tart,Brownie

All fillings and crusts will be made afresh 👉No Baked Cheesecake 👉 Puddings: Chocolate Mousse,Strawberry Mousse, Crème Brulé,Creme Caramel, Panacotta 👉 Cupped Desserts, Waffles,etc
