Good morning my neighbors,

Let's talk about Photography and videography for Weddings today.

Dear soon to be couples, please note that guests and vendor will serve, eat, drink, party and leave your event, what you will hold on to afterwards will be the MEMORIES and it is best preserved through good Photography and videography skills(documentation).

Please do not push so much activities into the 'getting ready time', drop your phones with the best man and maid of honor ( one of the reasons why it has to be people who know you or have good enough details about the ceremony that can handle things on your behalf).

Preferably get a planner or an event coordinator or a couple's attendant that can help you organize your day.

Most times you would have paid your media team so well yet you won't oblige them a good enough time to do their thing. This is one of the reasons results are always different.

When you have more than one company on the media team it is a major reason you should create more time for the photo session before the ceremony.

Good morning my neighbors,

I just thought to share one or two tips or lessons from planning and coordinating

1. 2 becoming 1
This is a conscious effort in starting out as a couple, it just doesn't start from the day after the wedding, it should start from the moment you both agree to get married, you should brainstorm, deliberate and synchronize your thoughts, this doesn't mean opinions won't be diverse, it is just a call to ensure there is a meeting point always that won't bruise each other's feelings.

David and Faith are definition of two 💓 beating together as one, true love truly exists.

2. Setting your event standards
There are norms, beliefs, patterns and standards that have fast become accepted in the event space but it is perfectly okay to rewrite your event standards and patterns, you can choose what works for you, weddings are personal, it is a journey and experience the couple should enjoy and we loved the fact that David and Faith enjoyed their own type of Wedding.

We had a nice time working with them, highlights of the event for us are:
1. The intimate traditional wedding
2. The house party wedding reception

We hope to share more with you in the coming days, Planning is a learning curve we are always excited about.
