This girl didn't see it as an opportunity at all, because if she was to come for training as a student, she's going to pay nothing less than 100k but because I just resumed and I have many pending orders, I don't have choice than to employ a sales girl to be assisting me because my student had graduated.
I employed a sales girl last week and the second day, I didn't see her again.
I explained to her what she'll be doing e.g mop the floor everyday, fetch water to be used for baking and pastries and other work to be done in the studio.Even my students that pay me will perform all these duties talkless of the person I'm paying.
The first day she told me if she can round up around 5:30 pm and the normal closing time I told her was 6pm ,I was surprised and asked her why ,she said she's having ulcer, but the second day I had to call the number she dropped on the application letter which happens to be her father, after I explained everything to him, he said he's away that i shouldn't mind her that she isn't having any ulcer.
She wants to get money without working for it,that is how many of them fall victim of ritualist because they see opportunities and abuse it.
Anyways I've gotten another sales girl .
