Some days ago I met a baker who is still selling at a hard to believe price. I asked her if it was a hobby and she replied that No it’s a business.
Cos tell me why your Bento cake selling price is less than your cost price.
Guess what! Because she is not paying for electricity or rent she feels she is making good profit. Eyes!😭😭.
Biko Let’s be honest: passion got you started, but systems will keep you going.
Many bakers are working long hours per days, baking beautiful cakes, and still wondering where the money went.
Most times it isn’t a lack of talent or effort. It’s a lack of structure.
