Me.... Hello, good afternoon sir

My boss..... Ijeoma how are you?

Me..... I am good sir

Boss.... Which country are you in (his usual question whenever he calls)

Me.... In Enugu sir

Boss..... I have an emergency and there's no one I know better to handle this but you.

Me.... Thank you very much for the confidence sir. Whats the emergency sir?

Boss.... I want to host the Methodists Prelate to a private dinner

Me..... Okay sir. When would you want this?

Boss...... On Saturday

Me.... Next week or this Saturday?

Boss...... This Saturday

Me.... 😐 Thats 4 days from today?

Boss..... That's why i said you are the only one to handle this. Can we meet NOW in my office to discuss what is needed?

Me.... In a meeting now sir. Will come over as soon as i am done here.

Boss..... Okay. And don't worry, you are getting paid too. (The best part of the conversation 😃)
